Position Overview

The Accounting Clerk will work alongside the Accounting Manager, performing tasks on the financial and administrative side of the business.

As an Accounting Clerk, you will

• Process and pay A/P invoices through Bill.com
• Research and analyze financial information
• Collect and review all timesheets and complete weekly summary reports
• Process weekly payroll
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Process DMV registration renewals
• Maintain Toll Road accounts
• Prepare weekly OT reports
• Prepare monthly sales commission reports
• Maintain team members’ attendance records

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years working in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Verifiable references
• Successful completion of a drug screening
• Experience in MS Office, Paychex, and QuickBooks
• 10-key proficiency by touch

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday through Friday

• $25.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
