Job Description

This position will provide support, troubleshooting, equipment installs, repairs, preventative maintenance of machinery and conveyors for our customers. This position mainly covers North Las Vegas area but on occasion, there will be travel beyond that area. Only serious candidates with verifiable work history need to apply. BAS Industrial Services supports the material handling industry. Controls, 3 phase, PLC, Variable speed drives, and standard electrical installs.

Responsibilities:

· Adhere to all quality and safety codes.

· Install and repair electrical equipment and conveyors.

· Install various types of raceways, conduit and cable tray systems.

· Troubleshoot motor and control systems.

· Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

· Certified Journeyman Electrician or equivalent, with a strong background in controls. Work history will be verified. Knowledge of controls will be tested.

· Advance relay logic knowledge.

· Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals

· Familiarity with electrical equipment.

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

· All candidates/employees are required to provide their own hand tools. (list of required tools will be provided)

Pay: Based on experience.
