Job Description

Business System Analyst:

Fulltime only

ONSITE

Job Description:

The individual's initial responsibilities will be assisting with the integration activities of the business unit while also working on other integration-related issues. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interfacing with various partner teams to analyze and determine best tactical and strategic approaches for integration.
Participating in daily scrum with Technology team members to foster team relationship and understand various infrastructure initiatives and risks.
Liaising with Enterprise Protect (EP) and indirectly with auditors for audit remediation actions.
Helping represent Technology Solutions in design review, change management, incident management processes.
Engaging vendor management and/or vendors as necessary to facilitate onboarding.
Exploring new technology opportunities alongside other members of the team and then playing an active role in executing on these opportunities.

Required Skills:

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree.
No technical work experience is required; while prior technical work experience is not required, some familiarity with infrastructure technologies (network, system, storage, security) is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a comfort level working with enterprise partners is a must while being part of our small team culture.
The candidate should be highly proficient using Microsoft Office; experience in programming languages is a plus but not a requirement.
