Server Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
• Offer recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
• Take & serve accurate food and drink orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service
• Process payment transactions accurately

Food Runner Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables with care and precision.
• Verify order accuracy before serving, matching dishes with the correct table or guest.
• Ensure prompt delivery of food, maintaining the appropriate temperature for hot and cold items.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and team members to ensure smooth coordination.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, clearing empty plates and resetting tables efficiently.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.
• Support teamwork by assisting in various tasks as needed.

Busser Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth service.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
