Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• EPA Certificate
• 3+ years of HVAC/R experience or experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license

Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented HVAC/R tech who will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining our customers' refrigeration and HVAC equipment. This encompasses all aspects of the service process, including effective communication with customers, using a strong working knowledge of the refrigeration process and electrical systems, and thinking critically to successfully troubleshoot issues. Technicians are also expected to provide preventative maintenance inspections, and to respond to emergency calls based on an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment, changing filters, running system tests and recording results
• Responding to service calls and staying focused under pressure, working to deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Providing quality customer service by asking critical questions in the diagnosis process and answering customer's questions and concerns
• Operating and maintaining a company-provided work vehicle and service equipment, ensuring that neither fall into disrepair or neglect.
