- Provide technical guidance to the project team.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a skilled team of technicians.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality Assurance:
- Enforce quality control measures and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address client concerns promptly.
- Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler systems experience.
- Proven Project Management success.
- Strong Foreman experience
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with codes and regulations.
