Job Description
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for set-up and maintenance of bar area. Prepare drink orders for guests and staff to serve our guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum lifting of 50 lbs and pushing of 90 Lbs.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Pushing 90 lbs, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching and standing for 8 hours per shift
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- 2 years of previous Bartending experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Practice Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
- Set-up and break down bar according to standards, including proper liquor lock up
- Make cocktails in accordance with Marriott Beverage Standards
- Execute drink orders for guests and servers
- Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management
