Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to identify issues and malfunctions.
• Analyze system performance and component functionality to pinpoint root causes of problems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess the condition of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Develop repair and maintenance plans to address identified HVAC issues.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on HVAC components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to design and implement effective solutions for complex HVAC problems.
• Communicate with customers to understand their HVAC needs and concerns.
• Explain diagnostic findings and recommended solutions to customers clearly and understandably.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the HVAC team.

Job requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• EPA Certification
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Clear background check with no history of criminal offenses
• 3-5 years of HVAC service experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
