Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing outstanding customer service. They are a dedicated and personable account manager that will support us in maintaining current and new customer accounts.

· Serves as a main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs.

· Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers

· Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long term partnerships

· Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed

· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled.

· Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts

· Ability to generate new leads and contacts through business to business cold calling.

· Meet sales goals and objectives set by the Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Experience as a sales account manager required

· Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

· Excellent verbal and communication skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong listening skills

· Comfort and proficiency in phone communication is essential

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

· Pass background checks
