Job Description

OVERVIEW

PEAK’s client creates materials science innovations, primarily for a glass type material layer for Cellular Phone Display screens.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr. Quality Engineer will provide support to existing and new products in a fast-paced start-up environment. The ideal Candidate will engage with both domestic and international material suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve product quality and resolve issues. The quality engineer will establish test methods and maintain quality systems to capture issues and execute quality improvements throughout the development cycle. This is a strategic hire and the highly visible role will provide many opportunities to learn and grow.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WITH

• Material Science, Display Industry

• Polymers, Glass

• Root Cause

• Create test methods

Test for: strength, clarity, scratch resistant, durability, drop test, etc.
