Job Description

Ventresca Bros., Inc., an established New Castle County, Delaware Commercial and Institutional General Construction Company, is seeking an Administrative/Project Assistant.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Coordinate bid activities to secure viable, complete subcontractor pricing for applicable project scope. Manage subcontracts and related documents and requirements for construction project launches. Manage project documents, including plans updates and project closeout requirements. Provide support for Estimator, Project Manager and Field staff to keep projects moving and organized.

Requirements

Experience utilizing all Microsoft Office products, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Establishing priorities and attention to detail regarding project and contract documents is required. Must work well in a fast-paced environment and work closely with all employees. Experience with Project Management or Construction software, a plus.
