Concrete Pump Operator Superintendent

A full-time concrete pump truck operator is needed for an immediate opening at a busy and rapidly growing Omaha concrete company.  Specific job duties for this position will include:

• Driving and operating concrete pump truck.
• Organizing, preparing for and managing day-to-day project specific tasks including overseeing set-up of concrete forms, pouring, and finishing concrete.
  
• Communicating with general contractors and other trades to ensure timely and error-free performance at every project; making quick and decisive resolutions to issues or problems that arise.
• Coordinating closely with shop maintenance staff to ensure pump unit is mechanically sound and meet all internal and DOT safety/compliance standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years pump operator experience.
• Class B CDL w/ airbrakes
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate heavy machinery
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to self-manage and effectively delegate tasks
