PCA Supervisor

Greene's Care, LLC is seeking experienced PCA Field Supervisor to supervising staff of personal care aides and will have a wide range of other responsibilities. Areas are Vicksburg and surrounding areas and counties.

Responsibilities for the PCA Supervisor include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and approving service plans; Receiving and processing requests for service;
• Observing and evaluating the PCA performing assigned tasks in the participants home; monitoring the quality of care
• Performing supervised and unsupervised visits in the participant’s home on a biweekly basis;
• Being accessible to PCA Staff for emergencies, case reviews, conferences, and problem solving;
• Interpreting agency policies and procedures relating to the PCA program;
• Planning, coordinating, and recording ongoing in-service training for the PCA Staff. Preparing,
submitting, or maintaining appropriate records and reports;

• Reporting directly to the Agency’s Director;
• Maintaining the regular, routine, activities of the PCA services program in the absence of the Agency Director.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of patients and their families; making home visits with patients
• Assisting in hiring and training aid staff and reviewing their performance; maintaining daily clinical activities; providing counseling and guidance to patients and/or their families; monitoring staff workflow; prioritizing duties; performing various administrative and human resources duties; and ensuring that all services comply with professional standards and state and federal regulations are followed
