• This position will require travel throughout the Midwest to our other sites as needed. 
• Install and repair electrical equipment on Cell Phone Towers
• Heavy work on generator projects
• Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Be responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, with an emphasis on meeting the budgeted hours available.
• Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a Cell Tower site
• Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems
• Inspects Cell Tower Sites for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed.
• Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews.
• Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work.
• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Have an electrical  license in Tennessee (licensing in other states is a plus)
• Ability to pull permits with license
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to work in a team environment with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foreman’s
• Work in all weather conditions
• Have a valid Driver’s License
