This is an onsite position located in Los Angeles.

The Role

The Office Manager is a pivotal role at Little Sleepies, helping us run the day-to-day of our brand new LA HQ. In this role, you will be the first point of contact at Little Sleepies HQ and will be the go-to resource for all things related to our office. The ideal candidate will bring new ideas to our collaborative workspace, building connections and creating an environment that is reflective of our culture. 


What you’ll do:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Greet guests when they arrive to our HQ
  • Perform daily maintenance duties for our office including kitchen areas and conference rooms
  • Organize catered meals for team meetings 
  • Manage the collection and distribution of all incoming mail, correspondence, and packages
  • Assist with assembling packages, creating labels, and scheduling pick ups
  • Own receiving product packages and measuring, logging, and hanging samples 
  • Support People & Culture with new hire prep tasks, including paperwork and ordering building and parking cards
  • Order and distribute office supplies and vendor orders; monitor, maintain and stock food/beverage supply inventory, balancing both cost containment and employee needs
  • Perform morning prep and evening office wrap-up/lock-up duties (e.g. unloading the dishwasher, ensuring supplies are stocked, cleaning out the fridge every Friday afternoon, etc.)
  • Act as liaison with building management on any needs (cleaning, replacements/repairs, office temperature, etc.)
  • Ensure the office plants are watered and maintained 
  • Maintain tracker of when items need to be replaced or replenished and work with the building to ensure proper maintenance is conducted (e.g. replacing the water filter)
  • Own and/or support planning and execution of in-office events 
  • Support various departments with their day-to-day 
  • Assist with space planning 


What you’ll bring:

  • Prior experience as an office manager 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and utilize independent judgment
  • A quick learner, highly motivated, adaptable and has an excellent can-do attitude
  • Friendly, outgoing and welcoming
  • Great at taking initiative and has the ability to identify and anticipate challenges/needs before they arise
  • Be able to move and lift items (+/- 25 lbs)

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, experience and budget. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles is $31.25/hour - $38.46/hour.
