Cashiers

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing individual to join our company. The ideal candidate should be helpful and willing to learn new tasks and adapt smoothly to changes in the work environment. The person who fills this position will be responsible for greeting customers and accurately processing transactions, so a background in cash handling is preferred. An interest in learning new skills and a commitment to customer service is a must, as is strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Cashiers do participate in a tip pool among all other cashiers. All cashiers need to be 18+

Available Hours we have are 5:00am-2pm or 9-5pm and evening also from 2-12am or 5pm-12am

Responsibilities:

• Cash or credit transactions at a customer service location.
• Use machine such as a cash register or an electronic cash register.
• cleanliness
• Serve alcohol and beer
• Portion salsa
• bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Sweeping
• Bagging

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling in a restaurant or food industry setting is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
