Position: Senior Mortgage Loan Officer
Location: Remote & In Locations Across the USA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Originate Mortgage Loans: Meet with clients to discuss their home loan needs and guide them to the most suitable mortgage solution.
2. Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Loan Process Oversight: Oversee the complete loan process, ensuring loans are closed in a timely manner and clients are kept informed.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions are compliant with federal and state regulations and company policies.
5. Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and mortgage products to offer competitive solutions to clients.
6. Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams such as underwriting, processing, and closing departments to facilitate seamless loan processes.
7. Continuous Learning: Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to keep abreast of the latest industry developments.
8. Contribute to Team Growth: Mentor junior loan officers, sharing best practices and insights to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 Years of mortgage lending or brokering experience.
• Proven track record of mortgage loan origination and sales success.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.
• Familiarity with state and federal mortgage regulations and guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with mortgage loan software and CRM tools.
• Current NLMS license in all states where you want to originate with a minimum of 1 licensed state.
