As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Machine Repair Technician), you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. This includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing secondary equipment (such as welders, riveters, grinders), minor repair of hydraulic and mechanical presses, and maintaining cleanliness of machines. You'll also communicate unsolved maintenance issues to the supervisor and adhere to all safety rules.

- High school degree or GED required. Additional maintenance education preferred.
- 3 to 6 years experience in a medium to heavy industrial maintenance facility preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical power (480 V) and machine control systems. Ability to troubleshoot these systems.
- Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, PLC troubleshooting, HVAC, troubleshooting CNC machines, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
