YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting Rosendin's Renewable Energy Group's (RREG) Business Development Team with project pursuits, client relationships, pipeline management and daily support of the department. The Business Development Coordinator also provides support to preconstruction teams as the lead resource regarding specific business development pursuits, and company information.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Supports RREG Business Development Team by assisting in proposal strategy, generating/compiling qualifications and non-technical proposal components, creation of the proposal package (assembly, and delivery)
Coordinate activities and documentation surrounding client interviews.
Maintain and improve Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Compile data for Client prequalification questionnaires
Conduct regular analyzes of processes and procedures, making adjustments when necessary
Assist entire team with client relationships (outreach, pipeline management, follow up on RFP release, etc.)
Serve as a liaison to prospective and current customers to ensure all needs are consistently met
Assist with and coordinate preconstruction activities throughout sales process and final close of sale.
Assess and vet projects as they come in to ensure all required documentation is provided
Research new and potential clients
Maintain CRM, ensuring all project, client and vendor information remains up to date
Plan, prepare, and host exhibit booths.
Train and assist Business Development Associates to make effective presentations and proposals.

Able to organize and coordinate a heavy workload of overlapping priorities and deadlines
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat and InDesign

Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3-4 years of office/clerical/marketing experience or equivalent
Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience
Previous work in a Construction/Architectural/Engineering firm is highly preferred
Marketing or similar field experience is a plus

General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.
Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Pay Range
$26.40-$35.00 HourlyThe pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
