We are seeking ambitious, self-starters who are passionate about owning the sales life-cycle at a hyper-growth organization. 

The primary responsibility of the B2P Sales Associate is to assist prospective customers by effectively presenting the ExecOnline product library to add/increase enrollments to our programs. Performance will be measured on your ability to achieve quotas and close participants within our growing Business to Professional (B2P) segment.

  Responsibilities:

  • Respond to leads from prospective customers
  • Own the sales life cycle from scheduling meetings to closing the individual sale
  • Drive our B2P sales efforts and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Well-versed in ExecOnline's product library to educate your customers 
  • Be accountable for your monthly quotas to hit quarterly revenue goals
  • Report progress and deliver forecasts on your efforts based on Salesforce and team-managed reports
  • Participate in strategy meetings to help shape offerings and the direction of the sales team

What positions you for success:

  • 4+ years of experience selling or marketing professional services to individual customers
  • Experience in a creative growth organization in EdTech, SaaS, or online higher education
  • Proven track record to drive sales execution
  • Experience engaging and handling a high volume of activity
  • Consistently exceeds quotas and key performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen, can articulate the value of our services to prospective participants
  • Intellectually curious; coachable and a fast learner with growth mentality
  • Flexible, agile, willing to take initiative and can work independently 
  • College / University education (4-year degree) from an accredited school
