1st Shift hours: 6:00AM- 2:30PM- $18.00/hr.
TEMP-to-HIRE Machine Operators.
Easy to get to location in Aurora.
Machine operator for JCEM, Croybilt, Waterjet, Solent.
General Job Duties:
- Perform to production expectations
- Communicates with Leads and Supervisors effectively
- Ability to operate basic machinery
- Skilled Machine Operator (setup, make adjustments, and operate) and/or leads a group to perform a job
- Helps to solve quality, safety, and production issues
- Understands and communicates quality and workmanship standards
- Skilled at multiple machines
- Solves issues with quality, safety, and production
- Communicates well in English with all personnel
- Ability to train and mentor other operators
