Customer Service Specialist

At Land Academy we feel like we have all achieved work / life balance. We are a 25 year-old leader in the land acquisition education space. We are headquartered in Old Town Scottsdale in the fun and well fed Industrious Work Space on Drinkwater.

We are in need of a person with a dynamic personality to manage our 500+ membership group and complete the on-boarding of new members and the off-boarding of departing members. Our small office of about eight employees and a hand full of remote full and part time independent contractors have fun at work while completing 21st century deliverables and responsibilities. Both founding principle/owners live nearby and very infrequently visit the office but are available for support. 

Land Academy has a solid track record of employee retention. We do, on occasion (once every two months or so) need to hire new employees for product expansion and new ventures like this job opening!

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

On-boarding new members & off-boarding departing members.
Overseeing our weekly established Zoom calls with our membership
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support via Helpscout and telephones.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.

Full time In office presence and reasonable physical commuting distance from 85251.
