Job Overview:

As an Assembly Associate, you will play a crucial role in the installation process of our storage products. You will be responsible for assembling components, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, and ensuring that production targets are met. This role requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hours 8am- complete. Potential for OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive assembly operations
• on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Installation of equipment using hand and/or power tools, including
• precision measuring instruments, etc.
• Determine and identify materials needed and sequence of assembly.
• Completing the assembly of the harness by color, length of the wire, and marking.
• Inspects products to access compliance with quality standards and requirements.
• Supports production needs by moving items between equipment and staging areas.
• Travel required
• Maintain, catalog and neatly organize all test harnesses.
• Pays close attention to detail and reports any problems with parts and equipment during assembly to their direct supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, preferably in the electronics
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools, manufacturing equipment and pallet jacks
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Travel required
