Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an HVAC Technician on behalf of a company located in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, conducting regular maintenance checks, and ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems according to specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems
- Ensure that all installations and repairs are done to code
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Certification or license in HVAC preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
