YOUR ROLE AS A STEEL AND CONCRETE FRAMEWORK LABORER

Your day-to-day responsibilities offer a diverse array of tasks. If you hold a CDL license, around 70% of your time is spent on concrete and steel erection labor across Northwest Wisconsin. The remaining 30% involves operating vehicles to transport essential materials and equipment between job sites, ensuring smooth project progression and efficiency.

For those without a CDL, your primary focus is on-site, where you're instrumental in setting and pouring concrete, as well as contributing to steel erection tasks such as installing metal roofs and walls. This role promises a varied workload and the satisfaction of directly contributing to the realization of construction projects!

WORK HOURS

Your schedule consists of a minimum of 40 hours per week spread over 5 days. During the busier summer and fall seasons, you can expect overtime hours ranging from 45 to 50 per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Willingness to work hard, show up, and be self-reliant

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in semi trucks as well as truck and triaxle trailers
• CDL
• Without a CDL,1+ years of similar manual labor experience
