As a prep cook, you will be responsible for the following:

- Preparing meat and seafood for cooking
- Preparing sauces
- Preparing vegetables for cooking
- Cutting meat and vegetables
- Exercise food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
- Organize cooler/freezer
- Knife skills are required for this job
- Be able to lift or carry at least 30 pounds
- Be able to work in a fast paced environmen
