Accounting Clerk II

RemX is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk II to join the team in Cranberry Township, PA area!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Posts journal or voucher entries, reconciles accounts, and checks for accuracy
• Verifies, sorts, posts, and checks claims, bills, invoices, and vouchers
• Performs light clerical duties within an accounting function
• May type, match payments, check items on purchase orders, prepare bank deposits and perform other routine calculations with specific instructions
• Answers customer inquiries
• Creates and edits spreadsheets

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience
• Basic principles of A/P or A/R, and bank reconciliation functions
• Computer skills, specifically in spreadsheet applications (proficiency with Excel required)
• 10-key skills by touch or sight
• Good written communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to work positively and responsively with all
