A-Line Staffing Solutions is Hiring Certified Pharmacy Technicians for an Order Entry Role

Purpose
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for performing intake and Rx Setup (facilitating the processing of prescriptions) activities, and functions in accordance with company policies and procedures to assist in the flow of dispensing drugs to the patient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate information has been received
• Create a patient profile from a scanned or faxed image by entering correct patient and provider information to ensure all other groups can successfully serve the patient
• Conduct initial check of prescription to ensure clinical accuracy for processing
• Communicate with providers regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing information, or patient concerns so that all information is collected and accurate before it reaches other teams for furthering processing
• Updating concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow can quickly assess the status of the referral
• Enter new provider information (i.e., National Provider Identifier) accurately into the system so that the Business Intelligence group can complete their reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned 2+ years pharmacy Data Entry experience

Requirements

• Must have active PTCB registration and if in Texas must be registered with Texas State Board Of Pharmacy.
• Must be in good standing with PTCB and TXSBOP
• 2+ years as certified pharmacy technician with data entry experience. 
• Onsite . Ft Worth, Texas

Monday through Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm CST with a 1 hour lunch break
