Production Assembler

Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a PREMIER employer in Central Oklahoma. Our client is a premier supplier and manufacturer of axles, doors, venting products, and related components in the utility trailer, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, heavy-duty, and manufactured housing markets. We currently have Production Assembly openings at their Shawnee, OK facility.

The Production Assembler performs repetitive work-station/line assembly operations to mass produce axle components or to assemble those components onto a complete axle.

Production Assembly Job Summary:

• 1st shift 5:45am - 2:30pm
• Monday through Saturday
• $17.25/hr to start
• Temp to hire
• Bi-weekly attendance bonus

Production Assembly Duties:

• Assemble made-to-order axles and component axle parts
• Verify specifications by measuring axle/parts
• Follow all procedures and shop floors to ensure a QUALITY product
• Follow schedules and ensure that schedules are completed on time and correctly
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Rework axles as needed

Production Assembly Qualifications:

• Possess a good work ethic, be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
• Must have the flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Safety conscious and detail oriented
