Listing Agent in Newport News

Job Summary:

Crush Real Estate Group is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Listing Agent to join our team in Newport News, Virginia. This is a full-time, commission-only sales role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing listings for our company. As an individual contributor, the Listing Agent will have the opportunity to build and grow their own book of business while working with a supportive and collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a commission-only role, with the opportunity for uncapped earning potential based on performance. Additionally, Crush Real Estate Group offers leads, database management, full-time admin staff, and unlimited training. 

Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage listings for the company, including conducting market research, preparing and presenting listing presentations, and negotiating contracts
- Meet with clients to assess their needs and determine optimal pricing strategies for their properties
- Coordinate and attend property showings, open houses, and other marketing events
- Utilize marketing tools and techniques to effectively advertise and promote listings
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns
- Work collaboratively with buyers, sellers, and other agents to facilitate a smooth and successful transaction
- Stay up to date on local and national real estate markets, trends, and regulations

Requirements:

- Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Virginia
- Proven track record of success in generating and managing listings
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of clients and listings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs
- Must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team
