Lead Dental Assistant / Clinical Manager

Are you committed to excellence in your career and your personal life?  At Tedders Family & Implant Dentistry the culture of our dental practice is to be committed to excellence in all we do and we are searching for the top talent in our area to ensure we deliver that kind of experience to our patients... every time!   As the Lead Dental Assistant you will have a dual role as the Clinical Manager overseeing clinical duties and creating systems for efficiency.  We have arduous protocols that must be followed, so attention to detail is critical.  We are seeking the right team player who will help us continue to provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family.   You will support clincial procedures and must have familiarity with dental implant surgery, restoration, bone grafting, and general dental procedures, along with efficient scheduling, inventory management and implementing innovative systems to enhance our established efficiencies.
The ideal candidate has documented advancing dental assisting responsibilities, prior experience managing a team and is comfortable to lead and direct a clinical schedule and keep doctor on schedule.  Our ideal candidate would possess a business degree or have a project management background.   If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, are friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!
