WMOS Product Manager

J.Goldman & Associates LLC “JGA” is currently seeking an experienced WMOS Product Manager, who has worked with Manhattan Associates projects, to staff multiple long-term projects with high-growth progressive companies.

Who we are:

 We are a supply chain system integrator focused on the Manhattan Associates product suite. Our product specialties include WMOS, WMi/PKMS, LMS, TMS, and DOM. We work with a trusted network of independent contractors with a collective of hundreds of years of experience and hundreds of implementations focused on a wide array of Manhattan products.  We continue to work in a variety of industries, from life-sciences to apparel, with a multitude of flows   (Retail, Omni-channel, and eCommerce) and complexities  (basic to highly automated with MHE   integration). We focus on partnering with our clients to deliver a solution with the goal of building a COE and enabling clients to own their processes and solutions internally.

The WM-centric Product Manager will help to:

• Determine and document current operational processes
• Participate in overall design discussions
• Leverage existing WMOS product knowledge to make suggestions and understanding product limitations
• Record and lead and communicate requirements through stories and grooming sessions
• Prioritize product/story backlog
• Iterate with Business partners on delivery schedules and needs
• Provide product guidance in unit and on-site testing
• Help execute on-site UAT (user-acceptance testing) with business partners
• Help support Go-Live and hypercare

Needs to be:

• Able to work in a highly matrixed team
• Communicate complex ideas and subjects to a variety of consumers
• Travel on-site for key deliverables (design and go-live, UAT, Hypercare)
• Have product knowledge in WMS (preferably WMOS 2017 or above)
