Job Description
CDG, Inc. is seeking applicants to join our team in Andalusia, Alabama OR Dothan, Alabama.
The mission of the Environmental Technician is to perform a variety of field activities including drilling and groundwater sampling operations.
The mission of the Environmental Technician is to perform a variety of field activities including drilling and groundwater sampling operations.
The applicant will be expected to:
- Work under the direction and guidance of senior technical personnel and assist in the collection of field data and testing.
- Perform physical activities associated with drill rig operations and monitoring well installations.
- Routinely operate construction machinery and drive company vehicles.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and present a positive image when working with clients, contractors, and the public.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- A valid driver's license
- 2+ years of experience
- CDL - Preferred
Abilities:
- Ability to work extended overnight travel
- Ability to work extended hours
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work in all types of weather
