Nursing Services Manager

OCES aims to support elders and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services that promote healthy, safe lives for our consumers. We want to help them stay as active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible.

To that end, OCES is looking for a dedicated Nursing Services Manager responsible for overall management of the nursing services activities necessary to provide coordinated health and home care to older adults and people with disabilities.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Providing oversight to OCES RNs as well as strategic leadership skills to meet all contractual obligations.
• Partnering with OCES management to implement quality measures; conduct quality reviews to ensure they are met.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable funding source regulations and program standards.
• Developing/updating appropriate procedures to provide guidance to nurses.
• Providing outreach and education as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Your passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, social services or related field, master's preferred; current RN License required.
• Three years' supervisory and/or administrative experience required.
• Experience with elders and/or people with disabilities in community setting preferred.
