As the Manager of our Tech Department, you will lead IT operations and manage our help desk team to support state-of-the-art equipment and outstanding customer service. This position demands expertise in MySQL, Windows OS, and proactive IT strategy implementation.

Responsibilities:

**Technical Leadership:**

• Supervise the administration of MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Craft and refine SQL queries to maximize system capabilities.
• Manage Windows operating systems and server environments, including updates and security management.
• Diagnose and resolve sophisticated technical problems in collaboration with team members.

**Team Management:**

• Direct the help desk team, setting high performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of IT staff.
• Ensure team alignment with the strategic goals of the company.

**Strategic Planning:**

• Partner with senior management to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Manage IT budgets and investments to support business scalability and innovation.
• Evaluate new technologies and systems for enhancing business operations and customer satisfaction.

**Risk Management:**

• Uphold rigorous data protection and compliance standards.
• Develop robust disaster recovery plans and maintain business continuity strategies.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in IT management.
• Advanced knowledge in MySQL database administration and SQL programming.
• Expertise in managing Windows environments.
• Proven leadership in managing IT support teams.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant academic and professional credentials preferred.

Schedule:

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.84 - $24.85/hour.
