iSolar is branching out and looking to grow its Residential Electrical Services beyond our Solar Expertise in the Twin Cities. We are looking to develop a team of Residential Electricians who are dependable and can accurately quote and manage the residential electrical service needs of our customers. iSolar employees enjoy competitive compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, and a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Electrician needs to be a seasoned card holder

• Express good organizational skills

• Be punctual to all scheduled jobs or service calls

• Work well with others

• Be able to talk to Customers about their projects and identify other issues within customers homes.

• Have good written and verbal communication

• Required to host all jurisdiction electrical inspections on performed work and be able to communicate with inspectors

• Be able to work and coordinate with utility companies and workers as needed

• Troubleshoot any electrical issues that may arise from performed work

• Need to have the ability to oversee and train apprentice electricians

• Ability to properly anticipate the correct amount of man labor needed for jobs

• Ability to interpret Code from the NEC 2023 Code Book

• Most importantly ensure a good experience for the customer
