Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Susanna Nunn - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can assist our sales team by making outgoing calls for review appointments, telemarketing prospects, and handling outgoing marketing mail to generate new customer opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing campaigns for our agency to meet our agency goals and customer needs. You would also assist with Technology questions, Claims, and Billing payments and reminders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads through Telemarketing, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agencys team in a support position to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer and provide an excellent experience at every contact
Ability to work effectively as a Team and with a Team
Outstanding communication skills required via phone, email, and text as well as in person and with the Team
