Job Description

Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to their Indianapolis office!

Responsibilities:

Manage civil projects from start to finish
Develop client relationships and exceed their expectations
Lead all aspects of projects including cost control, staffing, and quality control
Represent firm presence/image through involvement in state/regional professional associations
Develop/initiate strategies to expand business

Requirements:

BS in Civil Engineering
8+ years of experience
Experience with Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant modeling and design experience
PE registration or ability to obtain within six months
Experience with Funding and Review Agency
Plant operations experience
Active in relevant professional organizations/societies

Salary is commensurate with experience.
