Position: Seeking a Rockstar Toddler Teacher
Compensation: Starting at $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: CDA certification
- Experience in childcare preferred
- Ideally, two years of previous experience

Responsibilities:

- Lead daily activities in an early childhood classroom
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Adapt activities to meet the needs of individual children
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Safely handle and lift children weighing up to 50 pounds
- Participate in annual continuing education
- Build relationships with children, parents, and coworkers
- Demonstrate professionalism in challenging situations
