Job Description:

The Single Vision Solutions Administrator is responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to the affiliate vision program. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The Administrator will work closely with the affiliate providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient processing of claims and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Process affiliate vision and referral program claims:
• Phone Interaction with Providers and Members regarding Policy Coverages, Eligibilities, and Authorizations.
• Accurate and timely claim adjudication.
• Maintaining affiliate provider relations and credentialing
• Processing medical records requests in a timely manner.
• Generating monthly and quarterly reports
