Mental Health Therapist
- $50 to $60 Hourly
- Part-Time
Job Description:
As a therapist at Mind Matters, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, couples and families seeking support for mental health concerns. You will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering positive change and improved well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' presenting concerns, strengths, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice in accordance with relevant licensure requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in the state of Utah (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CSW, etc).
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
