Job Description: We seek a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, following our established recipes and standards. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing ingredients and cooking meals according to menu specifications
• Operating various kitchen equipment and ensuring proper maintenance and sanitation
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards at all times
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Following proper food handling and safety procedures
• Contributing to menu development and suggesting creative ideas for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
