Candidates should be adept in litigation and trial skills, client management, initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. Experience in handling legal issues such as child custody, high-conflict divorce, and domestic violence is also a must. If you have a proven record of success both in and out of court, apply now!

• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
• Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
• Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases
• Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
• Keep client files properly organized and up to date
• Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings

• Candidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high

• J.D. required from a reputable school and Georgia Bar License in Good Standing
• No prior criminal history and ability to pass detailed background check
