Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

We are looking for Architects who can 

• Get Hands-On and Write Code in Java

• Implement & Document Design Patterns (Eg. Circuit Breaker, CQRS)

• Breakdown a Project into Goals for a Pod of Engineers

• Define Standards for Testing in New & Existing Java Applications

• Define Standards for Monitoring & Alerting in New & Existing Java Applications

• Deploy & Test Microservices on AWS

• Define Static Analysis Code Quality Rules to evaluate Microservice Code

• Develop Reference Implementations for Future State Trading Platforms

• Research and Analyze New Tech for each Layer in a Tech Stack

• Conduct POCs as needed to Evaluate New Technology

• Work with Project Stakeholders to Finalize Tech Stacks for New Apps

• Document Best Practices for Creating Highly Available & Performant Apps

• Serve as Advisor or Coach to Mid & Senior-level Developers

• Build Java Services that are Highly Available (Multi-AZ & Multi-Region)

• Build Algorithms to Optimize Execution times and reduce End to End Latency
