Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN / Manager to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Also

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Install Chillers, Bollers and Refrigeration units
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Estimation residential projects
Determine property maintenance agreements.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 4 years experience
Must have strong troubleshooting skills
Must be able to work on your own or with a team
Must have valid drivers license
Must be tech literate (iphone, ipad, laptop as needed)
Must know how to read plans (wet, dry, controls)
Must be prompt and dependable
Must have OSHA 10 at time of hire, OSHA 30 at 30 days

Eqpt worked on includes: Split systems, Package units, Heat pumps,
Water source heat pumps, Electric heaters, Dedicated outdoor air systems,
Minisplits, VAV's, Supply fans, Exhaust fans, Radiant heaters, VFD's,
CO/NO2 Systems, Big Ass Fans, Make up air units, Exhaust hoods, Gas packs,
Smoke detection, Powered dampers, Evaporative coolers, Air doors, and more.
