Attorney(s) to serve the firm's clients with real property leases, purchase and sale transactions, corporate governance and business transactions, including purchases, sales, mergers, and shareholder agreements. Firm clients include NYSE listed public companies and startups, and those in between. The firm represents businesses for individual matters or throughout the life of their business, including private securities offerings, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, trademark and intellectual property management, real estate, teaming, purchase agreements and more. Duties include drafting and review of a broad range of agreements; leases; and guidance on business formation, operation, and governance. Clients include real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, registered investment advisors, and a rich mix of both large and small businesses, investors, and lenders.
