This is a Full-time position with a guaranteed starting base salary of $65k- $75k, plus achievable monthly bonuses. Benefits include a $1500 signing bonus, Health Insurance, paid CE, Malpractice Insurance, Paid Time Off, Professional Development and a 4-day work week.
