Position Summary:

AT&I’s greatest strength is our people, and we are actively recruiting a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Installation Helper to join our amazing team. In this role, you will be installing and wiring access control, network cameras, door hardware, alarm systems, and panel installation. As an Installation Helper, you are part of a dynamic team that will allow you to grow as AT&I grows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, program, and test a variety of systems and equipment which may include security cameras, access controls, and alarms with minimal guidance as needed.

· Refers more complex issues to more experienced colleagues.

· Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.

· Provide basic installation assistance as directed by the installation lead.

· Act as our customers' best service provider at all times thereby ensuring AT&I is the customers' first choice for service.

· Observe and practice AT&I’s Quality Standards.

· Provide feedback to the Installation Lead regarding problems and anticipate time associated with an assigned task.

· Consult with Installation Lead to resolve unusual problems in system operation.

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Knowledge and Skills

· High School diploma required; Military training in electronics or Technical School certification is preferred.

· Experience installing and wiring low voltage cabling.

· Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper).

· To be a self-starter and work well with minimal supervision.

· A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Ability to travel locally to job sites regularly.

· Ability to travel to remote locations periodically.

· Ability to lift 50lbs.
