Eastern National (EN), a not-for-profit partner of the National Park Service, is seeking a Full-time Assistant Warehouse Manager with a strong work ethic to support our eParks Warehouse in Hatboro, PA. The Assistant Warehouse Manager assists the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of operating the America’s National Park’s Warehouse. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising warehouse staff, customer service, and fulfillment for our business to customer e-commerce site, Arrowheadstore.com, and our wholesale business. The position also assists in facilitating inter-store transfers and supply orders as well as supports facility management, workplace safety, and staff performance management and development. The Assistant Warehouse Manager reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Education, Experience, Abilities or Knowledge:
High School Degree or equivalent.
3 years of management experience in an e-commerce warehouse setting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately.
Attention to detail and consistency in follow-up.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks and other merchandise handling and moving devices.
Working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.).
Working knowledge of basic math.
Working Conditions:
A portion of the warehouse facility does not have climate control. May be exposed to cold and hot temperatures when working in this part of the facility.
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds to a height of approximately 5 feet.
While performing the duties of this job, standing, walking, squatting, bending and the use of hands to grasp, handle, and feel items are regularly required.
Fast paced environment with time-sensitive pressure situations; will be faced with the need to prioritize and accomplish many tasks simultaneously.
