Personal Fitness Trainer

Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. $20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
• Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities
• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety
• Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client
• Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment

Qualifications:

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
